Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Mindful Money Reset. By signing up and accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

The Mindful Money Reset is a 10-day guided experience delivered through an AI companion named Lumi, hosted on the MindPal platform and accessible through HeyClients. The service is designed to support nervous system regulation around money through daily practices and reflection prompts.

The Mindful Money Reset is not a financial advisory service, a therapy service, a coaching program, or a medical service. It is an educational and self-development tool based on the lived experience and methodology of Ken Westgaard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial

The Mindful Money Reset includes a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to the 10-day structured reset and four additional open days. You will be required to provide payment details to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscription

After the 14-day free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at $14 per month unless you cancel before the trial period ends. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge this amount monthly through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your HeyClients account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed.

4. Refund Policy

Given the nature of the service (digital, immediately accessible content), we do not offer refunds after the free trial period has ended and a payment has been processed, except where required by applicable Norwegian consumer protection law.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@mindfulmoney.life within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Mindful Money Reset for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Share your login credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the service
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the AI system or its underlying content

6. Nature of the Content

The content delivered through the Mindful Money Reset, including all messages from Lumi, is for educational and self-development purposes only. It does not constitute:

Financial advice or investment recommendations
Psychological or mental health treatment
Medical advice of any kind
Legal advice

If you are experiencing serious financial distress, mental health difficulties, or any other situation requiring professional support, we strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional help.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Mindful Money Reset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations from using the service. Individual experiences will vary.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the service is available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party platform providers (HeyClients, MindPal, Stripe).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Ken Westgaard / Mindful Money Mentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Mindful Money Reset shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mindful Money Reset is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.aAll content within the Mindful Money Reset, including the methodology, daily practices, reflection prompts, the Lumi character, and all associated written and visual materials, is the intellectual property of Ken Westgaard / Mindful Money Mentor.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal development. No other rights are granted.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Mindful Money Reset relies on third-party platforms to deliver the service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of HeyClients, MindPal, or Stripe. By using this service, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

As a consumer based in another country, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that these terms cannot override.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
