We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. The following data is collected when you sign up for the Mindful Money Reset:

Through HeyClients (our membership platform)

Full name
Email address
Subscription status and purchase history
Account activity and login data

Through Stripe (our payment processor)

Payment card information (stored and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
Billing history

Through MindPal (our AI bot platform)

Conversation history with Lumi, the Mindful Money Assistant
Conversation data is stored anonymously on MindPal's servers and is not linked to your name or email address

Through our website (mindfulmoney.life)

Basic analytics data (page visits, general location, device type) via any analytics tools in use
Any information you voluntarily submit through contact forms

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

To provide you with access to the Mindful Money Reset and Lumi
To manage your subscription, billing, and account
To send you essential service communications (receipts, account updates)
To improve the product and user experience
To respond to any questions or support requests you send us

We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

As a Norwegian business, we operate under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

Contract performance: processing your name, email, and payment data is necessary to provide the service you signed up for
Legitimate interests: improving the product and communicating with users about their subscription
Consent: where you have actively provided information or opted into communications

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as financial transaction data, which is retained for the period required under Norwegian accounting law).

6. Third-Party Services

The Mindful Money Reset uses the following third-party platforms to deliver the service. Each has their own privacy policy which governs how they handle data:

HeyClients (heyclients.io) — membership platform, subscription management
Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing
MindPal (mindpal.space) — AI bot infrastructure

We choose these providers carefully and only share the minimum data necessary for each to perform their function.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

The right to request deletion of your personal data (the right to be forgotten)
The right to restrict or object to processing
The right to data portability
The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no if you believe your data is being handled unlawfully.

9. Children's Privacy
