2. What this site is

Mindful Money Life is the work of Ken Westgaard, who writes and teaches about the relationship between money and the nervous system, drawn from his own experience.

Everything here is educational. It is shared so that it might be useful, and you are the one who decides what to do with it.

3. What it is not

Not financial advice. Nothing here is a recommendation about your money, your debts, your investments or your decisions. No part of it is regulated financial advice, and it is not tailored to your situation.

Not therapy or medical care. The work concerns how money feels in the body. It is not treatment, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a therapist or a doctor.

Not a promise about your money. Ken writes openly about his own turnaround, including real numbers. That is his story, not a forecast of yours. Nothing here promises that your income will rise, your debts will fall, or your circumstances will change.

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential lines by country.

4. Anything you buy

Products bought through this site have their own terms as well.

For the Mindful Money Reset with Lumi, those are here, and where they and this page disagree about the Reset, they win.

Countd is a free iOS app distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's own terms apply to that download.

5. Emails

If you sign up for emails, you get emails, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes you off the list. Signing up is not required for anything on the site.

6. What you can do with the content

The writing, the methodology and the materials on this site are Ken's.

You are welcome to read them, share a link, and quote a short passage with credit and a link back. You may not republish whole pieces as your own, sell them, or feed them into a product or training set.

7. Using the site properly

Please do not try to break or overload the site, take it apart, or use it to do anything unlawful or harmful to anyone else.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, and individual experiences vary.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site available and working, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed, and pages change as the work develops.

Links to other people's sites are there because they seemed useful. What happens on those sites is not something we control or answer for.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, 59NORTH - Ken Westgaard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing here removes any right you have under Norwegian or EU consumer law. Where these terms and those rights disagree, those rights win.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms change as the work does. The date at the top changes with them, and using the site afterwards means accepting the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

If you are a consumer based in another country, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that these terms cannot override.
