Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Mindful Money Reset. By signing up and accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms cover the Mindful Money Reset, the guided experience with Lumi at lumi.mindfulmoney.life. Using it means agreeing to them.

2. What you are getting
Lumi is an AI guide built on Ken Westgaard's own experience and methodology. She asks a few questions to understand where you are, then takes you through a reset in 10 steps.
The steps are self-paced. There is no schedule, no streak, and no way to fall behind. You take one when you are ready for it, whether that is later the same day or three weeks from now.
After Step 10 the structure opens up. Lumi stays available for check-ins, for going deeper, and as a companion to the three books behind Ken's own turnaround, for as long as your subscription runs.
3. What it is not
Not financial advice. Lumi does not tell you what to do with your money, and never asks for your income, debts, balances or account numbers.
Not therapy, and not medical care. Lumi does not diagnose or treat anything, and she is not a substitute for a therapist or a doctor.
Not a person. Lumi is software. She can get things wrong, and nothing she says should be treated as professional advice of any kind.

4. Your account
You need to be 18 or older.
You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code. There is no password. That means keeping access to your email matters: anyone who can read your inbox can reach your reset.
Your account is yours alone. Please do not share it, and please do not use it on someone else's behalf.
5. Price
The 10-step reset is free. All 10 steps, at your own pace, with no card and no time limit.
After Step 10, keeping Lumi is $7 per month, if you choose it: open conversations and the book companion. It is taken automatically on the same date each month, until you cancel. If you don't subscribe, your reset stays in your account to read.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never held by us.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in a couple of clicks, from Manage subscription inside Lumi. That opens Stripe's portal, where you can also update your card.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing you wrote is deleted unless you ask for that separately.
7. Refunds
There are no refunds for a month that has already started, except where Norwegian or EU consumer law requires one. The free reset exists so you can find out whether this is for you before any money changes hands.
8. If a payment fails
Stripe tries the payment again a few times over about a week. While that is happening you keep access, and Lumi shows a note asking you to update your card. If it still has not gone through after those attempts, the subscription is cancelled and access stops.
Nothing you wrote is deleted because of a failed payment.
9. Changes to the price
If the price changes, you will be emailed before it affects you, with enough notice to cancel first. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
10. Deleting everything
Inside Lumi, at the bottom of the screen, there is Delete my data. It removes your account, your conversation and your progress immediately and permanently, and stops any subscription at the same moment.
The one thing that stays is Stripe's record of payments already taken, which bookkeeping law requires us to keep. The privacy page covers this in full.
11. Using it properly
Please do not try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, and please do not use Lumi to produce anything unlawful or harmful.
If an account is being used that way, it may be suspended or closed. Where that happens and the fault is not yours, you get back the unused part of what you paid.
12. Availability
Lumi is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and available, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never be interrupted, or never get something wrong.
The service may change over time as the work develops. If it is ever discontinued, subscribers will be emailed with notice and nobody will be charged for a period they cannot use.
13. Who owns what
Lumi's content, the steps, the methodology and the writing behind them remain Ken's.
What you write stays yours. Nothing you share is sold, and it is never used to train an AI model. Whether it is ever used to improve the reset is your choice, made when you start and changeable any time from Privacy inside the app.
14. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing here removes any right you have under Norwegian or EU consumer law. Where these terms and those rights disagree, those rights win.
15. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date below changes and subscribers are emailed. Carrying on using Lumi after that means accepting the new version.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
